Susan (Sue) has more than twenty years of human resource experience in both executive management and business development roles. She was most recently vice president HR for Intermec Technologies and prior to that she was a senior HR practice leader at Mercer Human Resource Consulting and vice president HR at Millennium Chemicals. She has extensive experience in international HR issues and has led numerous acquisitions and divestitures in the US and internationally.Sue's passion and expertise is in understanding how businesses create value and in facilitating the alignment of company goals and culture with HR programs to intentionally grow capacity in the organization. She works effectively with employees, executive teams and boards of directors to ensure that her efforts are in alignment with the corporate direction. Sue holds a Masters in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland and a B.A. in Business Accounting from University of Nebraska. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
