Sarah Kuerner
Senior Consultant
Sarah has over 18 years of experience as a human resources professional, including work in areas such as high-tech, retail and e-tail. Her most recent experience includes senior manager level human resource roles at Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, she held the most senior HR leadership roles in fast-growing organizations such as CarDomain Network, Blue Nile and Tully's Coffee. Sarah's experience runs the gamut from start-up to large organizations, mergers and acquisitions to an IPO.
Sarah's passion lies in assessment and implementation of HR organizational systems, leadership team-building, one-one-one leadership partnership and strategic planning. She is known for her practical problem-solving abilities and ability to work with management as a trusted advisor.
Sarah holds a BA in Psychology from the University of San Diego. She is a member of the High Tech Human Resources Roundtable and has strong ties to the human resources community in the Puget Sound.
