 Molly brings more than twenty years of experience in the human resources and organizational development arena. She has held senior HR positions at GoAhead Software (Director), Tangis Corporation (Director), Luminant World Wide (Director), and Cable & Howse Ventures (Manager). She has also held management roles in TriNet VCO (HR Manager) and Overlake Hospital, (Manager, Training & Development).Molly's passion and expertise are in inspiring individuals and teams to be the very best they can be. She has extensive experience in aligning talent with organizational goals and strategy, specializing in the start up or early-stage to mid-size, mid-stage organizations. She is instrumental in coaching executive leadership to ensure that their corporate values and organizational objectives are aligned with the structure and processes they adopt. Molly holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Washington and has achieved certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is a Certified Professional Coach from the Hudson Institute. |
